Ideal candidates will have 1 year ER experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS/ENPC preferred. Responsibilities include rapid triage, medications, EMR documentation, and teamwork with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Active RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapid triage and initial assessment of arrivals.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications per ER protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Document assessments and interventions in EMR.
