Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Grants Pass, Oregon. The OTA will deliver direct therapy under supervision, adapt activities to patient needs, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Formación

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions and treatments per the plan.
• Maintain and operate adaptive equipment and assistive devices used in therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on OT techniques for self-management.
• Collaborate with OTs and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document outcomes in the medical record and monitor patient progress.
• Report findings to the supervising OT and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide care in hospitals, rehab centers, and clinics with adaptable approaches.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients in a dynamic setting.
• Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
