Rymco LLC (Authorized Cricket Wireless retailer) is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers leadership growth, performance-based incentives, and a path to store-level success.

You will manage daily operations, train staff, and execute local marketing while upholding brand standards and customer satisfaction in a competitive retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Retail hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM; Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change).
