PsychPlus in Eagan, MN seeks Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) for outpatient psychiatry. This full-time role offers W-2 or 1099 options and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing outpatient care with treatment planning. Active MN license and DEA registration, plus PMHNP or PA-C certification, are required, with compensation of $120,000–$160,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of psychiatry/behavioral health outpatient experience.
• Active Minnesota license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• PMHNPs will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing outpatient psychiatric care, including treatment planning and monitoring of patient progress.
• PA-Cs are welcome to apply depending on their experience and qualifications.

Compensation

• $120,000–$160,000 annually
• Compensation is based on experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or outpatient medicine (Highly preferred)
• Active Minnesota , MN license and DEA registration
• PMHNP or PA-C certification, as applicable
