Job summary

PsychPlus, based in Texas, seeks PMHNPs or PA-Cs for outpatient psychiatry. You’ll conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and participate in treatment planning in a Monday–Friday, full-time role.

Requirements include Texas licensure and DEA registration, 6–12 months of related experience, and PMHNP or PA-C certification. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, DOE, with full W-2 benefits.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• PMHNPs will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing outpatient psychiatric care, including treatment planning and monitoring of patient progress.
• PA-Cs are welcome to apply depending on their experience and qualifications.

Compensation

• $120,000-$150,000 annually
• Compensation is based on experience.

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or outpatient medicine (preferred)
• Active Texas (TX) license and DEA registration
• PMHNP or PA-C certification, as applicable
