Job summary

HR Services Brand in North Carolina is seeking a Creeler to operate knitting machines and creel assigned yarns efficiently and safely. This role includes handling yarn carefully, stacking on yarn pin trucks, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The Creeler will manage twelve machines, remove empty cones, and follow safety procedures while performing additional duties as needed. Strong reading of knitting tickets and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and verify yarns printed on knitting tickets with Knitter and Knitting Mechanic.
• Time management: organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player and reliable contributor to the work floor.

Responsibilities

• Creeler will creel twelve machines total.
• Keep yarn from being damaged while transferring from yarn boxes to yarn pin trucks.
• Stack yarn on yarn pin trucks only one layer above top row of pins.
• Remove empty cones and break down yarn boxes.
• Follow all safety procedures and advise management of unsafe conditions.
• Keep work area neat and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
