Job summary

Staff Management | SMX in Tipton, PA is hiring Manufacturing Warehouse Associates for all shifts to support Vitro's factory operations. No prior experience is required; candidate will be cross-trained across production processes and help load, unload, inspect, and pack goods.

Shifts are 12 hours long with hourly wages ranging from $17.08 to $17.59, plus benefits such as medical/dental, paid training, weekly pay, direct deposit or cash card, PTO, and a generous referral bonus program.

• Maintain production warehouse efficiency; load/unload products; inspect quality; perform QA testing; pack products for shipment; maintain clean workspace.
