Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation in Clinton, IA is seeking Production Line Laborers to join our 24/7 manufacturing facility. The role includes 12-hour shifts with a 2-2-3 schedule and starts at $20.00 per hour plus shift differentials. Training will be provided across multiple positions within the production process.

Candidates should be team-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties safely, following PPE requirements and plant policies.
• Assist in production and shipping of roofing products to meet specs.
• Set up raw materials and equipment to established standards.
• Inspect products to ensure quality throughout the process.
• Operate forklift, bobcat, or other equipment as assigned.
• Troubleshoot equipment, communicate shifts updates, and support continuous improvements in safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment through housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
