Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Flexible and willing to perform multiple job functions as needed.
• Forklift certification preferred or prior forklift operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled 12-hour shifts.
• Safely operate forklifts and lift trucks.
• Pick, pull, stage, load, and unload product accurately.
• Read and follow shop orders, production schedules, and verbal/written instructions.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to maintenance and supervisors.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
• Follow all company safety rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Work proactively with minimal supervision.
