Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a motivated candidate to operate production machinery and warehouse equipment in a fast-paced setting. Shifts are 12 hours on a rotating schedule, with periods of 4 on/3 off and 3 on/4 off, in Colorado.

The role requires basic reading/writing skills, safety rule adherence, and reliable attendance. Prior production or mechanical experience is preferred, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Production experience or mechanical skills preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules/signage and operational procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operates production machinery and warehouse equipment following written procedures.
• Reads production schedules, product labels and shipping documents.
• Transfers liquid product using valves and pump controls.
• Handles materials throughout production: sorting, staging, placing, transporting.
• Moves materials from receiving/production to storage or designated dock areas.
• Sorts and places materials on carts, pallets, shelves or bins per predefined sequence.
• Marks materials with identifying information and opens containers.
• Able to learn maintenance practices to keep equipment running.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
