Job summary

MaineGuide in Lisbon, Maine is seeking Production Associates for day and night shifts. You will feed printed materials into machinery, assemble and package products, and prepare items for shipping.

We offer 12-hour shifts, weekend schedule, paid $18.00-$20.00 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends as part of regular production schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Feed printed materials into machinery according to production requirements.
• Collate, sort, count, bundle, and package printed products.
• Stack and palletize completed products for shipping.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleanup.
