Job summary

Comfort Keepers Group is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and companionship for seniors in Brookfield, CT. Join a growing team with flexible shifts (4, 8, 12 hours) and a focus on resident safety and well-being.

You will assist with daily activities, maintain client cleanliness and safety, and coordinate with families. Valid driver's license and weekend availability are preferred; HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Prior personal care experience required.
• Weekend availability strongly preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in the home.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Perform duties as outlined in the personal care service plan.
• Help client with all personal care functions as needed.
• Keep the client’s living environment clean, safe and organized.
• Remind client to take self-administered medications.
