Job summary

Configure is hiring for an Hourly Associate to operate injection molding machines on the night shift, producing quality products for shipment to end customers. This role requires reliable attendance and the ability to work 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend off, with a starting pay of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities include maintaining efficiency, inspecting and sorting items, deburring and cleaning, packing to standard, maintaining the work area, and providing production reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to perform repetitive work in a fast paced environment, including long periods of standing.
• Must be able to perform basic math skills.
• Attention to detail is imperative.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues.
• Complete other duties, as assigned.

Don't miss this opportunity to join our growing team! Configure is currently hiring hourly associates on Night shift. You must be willing to work 7pm - 7am on the 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off). This is a permanent 3rd shift role; there is not an opportunity to move to a different shift. You must have reliable transportation and strong attendance at previous jobs. The starting pay is $20/hr with a pay increase every 6 months.

Hourly Associate

This position is responsible for running various injection molding machines to produce a quality product within the production standards that will be shipped to the end consumer.
