Job summary

Renfro is seeking an on-site team member to stock the knitting floor with yarn and manage the flow of materials. You will ensure complete lots are used before opening new cases, prioritize oldest stock, and coordinate with Supervisors to resolve yarn issues while maintaining a safe, orderly work environment.

The role requires detail orientation, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or in a team. This is a full-time position on first shift with standard manufacturing conditions.

SUMMARY

Responsible for pulling all necessary yarns requested by knitting personnel to ensure that the floor runs efficiently with minimal down time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that complete lots are used up before opening new case
• Ensures that smallest and oldest cases are used first
• Communicates yarn issues with Knitting Supervisors
• Responsible for stocking floor with necessary yarn
• Helps with monthly inventory
• Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality
• Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner;
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
