Job summary

Webco Industries in Grand Rapids, MI, is hiring for a manufacturing operator to load/unload machines, set up tooling, and ensure tubing quality. You will work on a 12-hour shift, 6 PM to 6 AM, or as assigned, and use SAP to track work orders and batches.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, good English, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior manufacturing experience and onsite training are preferred.

• Regular attendance and punctuality essential.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload machines and conveyors as directed.
• Set up during shift and ensure correct tooling.
• Process tubing and stage material for material handler.
• Use SAP to access work orders, create batches and finish goods tags.
• Apply FIFO inventory management to use oldest material first.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform preventative maintenance.
