Job summary

Precision Scans is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 12-week contract in Upland, CA. The schedule includes NOC and AM shifts with weekend rotation.

Candidates must hold a State RCP license and NBRC RRT, with BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within the stated timelines. An associate or bachelor degree and 2 years of RCP experience are required; Lead RCP duties may be assigned in the absence of supervision.

Qualifications

• 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care.
• Consider age and population-specific needs of the patient.
• Lead RCP duties may be assigned in the supervisor's absence.

Job Type: Contract

Start date: 11/09/2026-02/06/2027 (12 weeks)

Pay: $30-$35 per hour

Requirements:

• State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required
• 2 years experience as an RCP required
• 12 hour shifts with weekend rotation
• ACLS certificate within 60 day of hire and maintain current.
• NRP certificate preferred
• PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree required
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Emphasis will be toward the assessment, planning, implementation and documentation of care, with consideration of age and population specific needs and requirements of the patient. In the absence of a supervisor, may be assigned/identified as Lead RCP, having responsibility for the section or department during their shift.
