Job summary

SEJ Services, LLC is seeking a General Laborer in Liberty, SC for a full-time daytime shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The role involves site maintenance, material handling, and operational support across manufacturing/industrial facilities in the Southeast.

Qualified candidates will have strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow directions and safety standards. DailyPay access, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan are available; 30+ hours per week required for benefits

Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance: Clean, sweep, mop, and remove debris to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment as needed.
• Operational Support: Assist cleaners with vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, trash disposal, and urgent requests.
• Tool Operation: Safely operate basic power tools as needed.
• General Repairs: Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance: Clean, sweep, mop, and remove debris to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Material Handling: Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment as needed
• Operational Support: Assist cleaners with vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, trash disposal, emergency requests, and other miscellaneous cleaning duties
• Tool Operation: Safely operate basic power tools as needed
• General Repairs: Perform minor repairs, furniture assembly, and general maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and meet all hiring requirements.
• Work Ethic: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others, follow instructions from supervisors, report issues to clients, resolve customer complaints, and provide positive service experiences.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift more than 30 lbs and perform significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting and remaining active throughout the shift
