Position Overview

DSN is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop and test embedded software for Remote Flash Onboard technology as part of a global, agile development team. This role contributes to next-generation service technology advances designed to enhance the customer and dealer technician experience, working alongside architects, developers, and testers based in the U.S. and India.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, debug, and review assigned embedded software features
Participate in daily standups with a global development team
Collaborate daily with local architects and developers
Work within an Agile Development Team structure alongside architects, developers, and testers across the U.S. and India
Utilize leading-edge agentic software development frameworks and tools
Engage in both collaborative design work and independent development, depending on project needs

Work Environment

Onsite, five days per week, in an office environment in Mossville, IL

Education & Experience

B.S. in Computer Engineering or a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience OR
Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR
Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
