Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Quadcone Blender Operator at our Wayland, MI facility. This full-time production role supports the Quadcone department on 2nd shift, with responsibilities including weighing ingredients, quality checks, and cross-training in Littleford blending.

You will be expected to maintain accurate records, meet line efficiency targets, and adhere to GMP/HACCP/LOTO and food safety programs. Shift differential applies and overtime/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and process documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients using Metric/US weight conversion.
• Perform basic Quality Control testing for the Quadcone Department.

About the Role

The Quadcone Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Ability to weigh ingredients using Metric/American weight conversion.

• The ability to accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the Quadcone Department.

• Ability to cross-training in Littleford blending is required.

• Must demonstrate the ability to legibly and accurately complete all associated record keeping necessary for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

• Must be able to maintain or exceed established line efficiencies.

• Must comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP’S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by Bay Valley Foods.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Important Details

This is a full-time position on 2nd shift, working Monday thru Friday.

• 2nd shift operates 4pm to 12am

Shift differential included for 2nd and 3rd shift.

About You
