Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial field property inspections utilizing Xactimate software.
• Investigate claims by interviewing insureds, claimants, witnesses and officials and inspecting damages.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation, through well-supported reserve report.
• Obtain and interpret official reports.
• Review coverage forms and endorsements; provide thorough analysis of coverage issues in a documented client report.
• Maintain quality through compliance with best practices.
