Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively hiring experienced residential plumbing professionals to join our contractor network for ongoing maintenance and residential service work orders. Requirements

• Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience
• Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
• Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving assignments
• Comfortable using an online portal system for communication, updates, and photo uploads
• Valid driver's license required
• Must currently reside and work within the United States

Disqualifiers

• No active insurance coverage
• Inability to complete onboarding requirements
• Poor communication or unreliable transportation
• Lack of plumbing tools required for service work
