Job summary

Renuity is hiring a 1099 Installer to perform home remodeling installations across the United States. Expect guaranteed year-round work and the potential to earn up to $250k per year on a per-job basis. The role requires crews of 2+ and a valid business structure (LLC or similar).

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential showers, tubs, and basic plumbing.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat homeowners and property with respect.
• Install/replace windows with brand new replacement windows.

About the Role

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every application

• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

• Install/replace customers windows with brand new replacement windows

Key Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience

• Knowledge of residential showers, tubs, and basic plumbing

• Kohler Luxstone or stone panel installation preferred

• Established LLC or Business

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Must have have worker's comp and general liability insurance

• Must have a truck, trailer, and tools

• Must be a crew of 2 or more
