Responsibilities

• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum and spot clean carpet.
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors.
• Clean restrooms.
• Sanitize all high touch points, dust, and stock supplies.
• Primary point of contact for the cleaning team during assigned shifts.
• Assist with daily task assignments and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members on cleaning procedures.
• Monitor and communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or building concerns to management.
• Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment.
• Lead by example through reliability, attendance, work ethic, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.
• Work Ethic: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
