Overview

Responsibilities

Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Deliver a customized solution for each hair and beauty need.
Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and Company policies.
Maintain an attractive store appearance and a positive shopping environment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

Working Conditions

The position requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and handling moderately heavy items; may involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
