Abound Health is hiring compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bellefonte, PA, in their homes and communities.

Full-time and part-time hours available. $17.00–$25.00 per hour and a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates. You’ll provide one-on-one support, documentation, and participate in ongoing training.

Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Bellefonte, PA.

Full-time and part-time hours available.

About the Role

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities. Your work helps individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependent, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

• $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates

Schedule

• Various hours with flexible scheduling
• Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts available

Experience

• One year of caregiving experience preferred (not required — training provided)

Signing Bonus Details

• $333 after 90 days (minimum 20 hours/week)
• $333 after 6 months (minimum 20 hours/week)
• $334 after 1 year (minimum 20 hours/week)

Bonus not available for Residential Services or Relative as Provider (RAP) hires. Applicants must not have worked for Abound Health or its affiliates within the past 18 months.
