Job summary

Nomad Mobile Technologies LLC is seeking a Mobile Telematics Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot telematics systems in vehicles while on the road 100% of the time. The role requires strong knowledge of 12-volt DC systems and proficiency with a multimeter.

Starting salary is $1,050 per week, with $700 per week for the first 1–2 weeks during training. Relocation availability offers $1,850 for the first 4 weeks, then $1,250 per week.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of 12-volt DC systems.
• Proficiency in using a multimeter and diagnosing electrical issues under vehicles.
• Experience or familiarity with mechanical or electrical work is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install telematics systems in vehicles with proper wiring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve telematics system issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with teammates to diagnose electrical problems.
• Use diagnostic tools to analyze system data and document results.
• Keep records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Stay up-to-date with telematics industry trends and advancements.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
