Martin-Marietta is seeking an Equipment Operator/Haul Truck Driver to move materials across the site, hauling crushed stone and coordinating with stockpiles. You will operate a 100-ton off-road haul truck and support production efficiency within a safety-conscious team.

New hire orientation is required, with travel support for the Dallas training. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to site safety policies in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience; haul truck driving is a plus.
• Ability to read equipment operating manuals and gauges.

Responsabilités

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently per training and manufacturer’s instructions.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections on vehicle systems and accessories.
• Report needed repairs to supervision and schedule maintenance.
• Load cargo according to safety requirements and maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist with plant maintenance and operation of other equipment as needed.
• Adhere to MSHA and plant safety rules and regulations.
• Work in a team-oriented environment and communicate with coworkers.
