Responsibilities

• Prepare income tax returns accurately and efficiently for a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance and maximizing tax benefits.
• Review tax returns prepared by other team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to tax laws.
• Collaborate with the team on various projects and initiatives, fostering a positive and productive remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of public accounting experience with a strong background in tax.
• Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, focusing on income tax preparation and review.
• CPA is a plus but not required; candidates without a CPA must demonstrate equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex tax concepts to clients and team members.
