This position offers a salary range of $145,000 to $220,000 per year, based on skills and experience. It is a full-time, remote role with a nationwide insurance carrier, focusing on insurance defense litigation in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in insurance defense litigation, including trials, hearings, depositions, and motions.
• Develop and implement defense strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Handle complex cases involving personal injury, property damage, and other claims.
• Collaborate with claims professionals, insureds, and experts.
• Manage trial preparation, discovery, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions.
• Provide legal advice and risk assessments related to litigation.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar.
