Rodriguez is seeking a Dedicated CDL-A Solo Driver based in Tempe, AZ. Enjoy true daily home time with 100% no-touch freight from the Tempe bottling facility on a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays.

Requires at least 3 months of Class-A driving experience; hazmat endorsement preferred. Pre-employment DOT drug screening is mandatory. PTO, 401(k) and health benefits are included as part of the package.

• THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE: Gross an average of $1,230 weekly ($63,968 average annual salary ), with top performers bringing home $1,492 weekly ($77,633 top annual potential ). Compensation is paid through a high-value combination of Load Pay and CPM rates.
• ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS: Local dedicated shuttle runs originating at the Tempe, AZ plant dispatching 1 load per day to regional distribution centers in Kingman, Flagstaff, Show Low, Gallup, and Chinle. 100% No-Touch Freight: All loads feature live unloads—zero manual freight offloading. Slip-seat equipment setup requires daily personal commuting transport. (Note: Chinle runs are the single overnight route exception).
• SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Home Daily Schedule: Operates Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturday shifts), running 10–12 hours per day with early morning start windows (typically 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM).
• DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING: Requires at least 3 months of commercial Class-A experience . Hazmat endorsement is preferred upon hire, but drivers are given up to 90 days from employment to acquire certification. Must pass mandatory pre-employment DOT drug screening.
