Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a skilled truck driver for on-site work in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You will operate a 10-wheeler truck, ensuring safe transport of goods and compliance with all traffic laws.

Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 2-3 years of experience driving heavy-duty trucks. The position includes a performance bonus and may require extended hours for delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code 3 or equivalent).
• At least 2–3 years of experience driving 10-wheeler or heavy-duty trucks.
• Familiar with traffic rules, road safety standards, and delivery routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 10-wheeler truck safely and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport goods to designated locations following assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report mechanical issues, accidents, or irregularities immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo to prevent damage or loss.
