GRAY MEDIA invites college students to join WIBW in Topeka for the Spring '27 Training Program. This 10-week, paid internship places you in real roles across news, digital, and sales, not coffee runs.

You will dedicate 25 hours per week, work side-by-side with seasoned pros, build a professional portfolio, and position yourself for full-time opportunities within Gray Media’s 113-station network. Eligible juniors or seniors in Journalism, Communications, or related fields gain hands-on experience

Qualifikationen

• Current college student (Junior or Senior preferred).
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to learn on the job.
• Digital media familiarity across TV, web, and social platforms.

Aufgaben

• Perform real-world assignments as producer, MMJ, Meteorologist, or Media Sales role.
• Drive digital engagement across social media, streaming apps, and web stories.
• Collaborate with seasoned professionals to build a portfolio and gain insights.
• Commit to 25 hours per week for 10 weeks to master the specialty.
• Position yourself for full-time opportunities within Gray Media’s network.
