• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between December 1, 2027 and June 30, 2029.
• Interest in growing a career in manufacturing plants.
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Support 10-week manufacturing internship projects in Fremont, OH.
• Collaborate with plant teams and cross‑functional partners to deliver improvements.
• Present project results to leadership teams at program end.
