Job summary

Stepping Stones Academy Incorporated in Indiana is seeking full-time Lead and Assistant Teachers to join a family-run center serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. This role offers Monday–Friday work with no weekends, paid holidays, and on-the-job training.

Compensation starts at $13.00 per hour, with pay increases for education and experience. You will collaborate with Lead Teachers to create lesson plans, maintain a clean and safe classroom, document developmental progress, and

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• No experience? Training provided.

Our family-run center works with children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We are looking for a teacher who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and get down on the floor with the kiddos. We need creative minds to help our children on a journey to a successful educational career.

Assistant Teacher responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Working with Lead Teachers to create lesson plans
