Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a 1 Shift Production Operator to join our Deforest, Wisconsin team. You will set up extrusion machinery, load materials, and adjust settings to meet product specs while producing to established standards.

You will monitor the extrusion process, make real-time adjustments for quality and efficiency, perform regular quality checks, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Responsible for accurate production records and supporting CI and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is important for setup and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machines to produce plastic according to established standards and guidelines.
