Job summary

Elevation Autism Center in Marietta, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with children aged 1-6. You will support communication, play, and daily living skills under a BCBA's guidance, delivering ABA therapy in a center setting.

We guarantee full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule (8:20 AM – 4:10 PM), and opportunities for growth. No experience? We will support your certification journey and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow.
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins with data.
