Job summary

Wise Minds Therapeutic Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable One-to-One Support Staff to provide direct supervision, mentoring, behavioral support, and life skills coaching to youth across Maryland’s Eastern Shore. This role focuses on ensuring the safety, stability, and emotional well-being of youth while supporting the development of social, coping, and independent living skills.

Staff work closely with clinical leadership and care coordination teams to implement individualized

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree + 1 year in human services, behavioral health, healthcare support, or related field.
• Experience working with at‑risk youth, foster care, behavioral health, assisted living, residential care, or community-based populations preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass CJIS background check, CPS clearance, and sex offender registry screening.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support & Supervision: one-to-one supervision and support to youth in home, school, and community settings; model social and coping skills; help youth develop independence and daily living skills; accompany youth to appointments and programs; maintain professional boundaries.
