- Reliable transportation to the studio locations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions following Stretch Zone protocols and client programming.
- Conduct initial assessments and 30 day reassessments to track mobility progress.
- Work outbound lead calls daily.
- Convert free trials/demos into paying members.
- Pre-book every client's next session before they leave the studio.
- Check-in with clients to monitor satisfaction, progress and identify at-risk members before they cancel.
