POSITION SUMMARY

The Watson Chapel School District is seeking a reliable, student-focused 1-on-1 Special Education Paraprofessional to join our Special Education team. This individual will assist students with academic needs in a variety of settings, including the resource classroom, general education classrooms, and small-group instruction. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for supporting student learning and success.

• Provide personal hygiene care and changing.
• Support the implementation of instructional plans as directed by the special education teacher.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.

• Provide support and supervision in general education settings, ensuring students receive appropriate accommodations and modifications.
