Job summary

Marshfield Public Schools at Martinson Elementary School in Marshfield, MA, seeks a Specialized Educational Support Professional for a 1:1 assignment during a one-year leave of absence. Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or BS/BA in education preferred.
• Strong desire to work with students with special needs.
• Ability to work effectively with teachers and children at the elementary school level.
• High personal integrity, reliability, punctuality, and ability to maintain confidentiality required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of the Special Education team.

Responsibilities

• Specialized Educational Support Professional works 1:1 with a student under supervision of the building team.
• Works collaboratively with classroom teachers and support staff to implement individual plans.
