Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join us in Ashland and Wayland, MA, delivering one-on-one speech therapy to older adults in their homes and communities.

This PRN/Flex position offers autonomy within an Interdisciplinary team, access to advanced therapy tools, and opportunities for professional growth, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services.
• Assist patients with individualized therapy plans and goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling for therapy sessions.
