Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous 1:1 nursing care during the school day.
• Monitor and respond to seizure activity.
• Manage and monitor G-tube feedings and care.

• Provide incontinence care as needed.
• Assist with positioning, mobility, and wheelchair safety.
• Monitor for changes in condition and implement interventions.
• Maintain accurate health documentation.
• Collaborate with school personnel, therapists, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers.
• Promote student safety, comfort, and participation in the educational environment.
