Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Charlotte, NC is seeking an LPN/LVN to work one-on-one with a student in the school setting. The role focuses on direct patient care and coordinating with the school team.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care for student with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue meds, diabetic care, etc.) and potential bus transportation with the patient as needed.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year LVN/LPN experience preferred.
