The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a contracted, school-based placement in Milford, VA for the 26/27 school year. This full-time private duty/1:1 role supports a local K-12 district with nursing services.

Requirements include Virginia LPN licensure, BLS CPR/AED, pediatric nursing skills, and the ability to work independently. Competitive pay with clinical backing and dedicated RN support are provided.

Formación

• Active LPN License in Virginia
• Current BLS CPR/AED certification
• Competency in pediatric nursing tasks and medication administration
• Ability to work independently with strong assessment and critical thinking

Responsabilidades

• Maintain continuous observation of the assigned student during the school day
• Support chronic condition management and assist with medical procedures per care plans
• Provide first aid and medication administration as needed
• Document care and communicate with school teams
• Accompany student during transportation and community-based activities when assigned
• Report significant status changes to supervising RN and family
