BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking qualified nurses to provide compassionate in-home care in the Wilkes-Barre area. The role emphasizes one-on-one client interaction, flexible scheduling based on preferences, and weekly pay, with paid training and 24/7 clinical support. Qualified nurses will have a current U.S. nursing license and a completed nursing program.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients as part of one-on-one care model.
• Follow established care plans and document patient progress.
• Utilize AlayaCare for electronic charting and reporting.
• Offer paid training and participate in simulations to prepare for first shift.

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Many of our clients require advanced care, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. So, if you have high-tech experience, we’d love to speak with you! If not, we offer paid self-directed and tailored training to nurses to advance your skills to the next level.
