Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable Personal Care Assistants to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities and help clients participate in community outings to grow personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available. The role emphasizes compassion, dependable communication, and the ability to follow care plans with individuals of varying abilities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Take recipients into the community to support personal goals outside the home.
• Follow care plans and document progress as required.
