Pediatric Home Service is seeking RNs and LPNs to deliver 1:1 pediatric nursing in the home. You will support medically complex children with trach, vent, and g-tubes across St. Paul, MN with overnight shifts and weekend blocks.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN required (licensure must be active).
• Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn ventilator, trach and g-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home pediatric nursing care.
• Coordinate and support overnight visits ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team for home-based care.
