Job summary

Adoration Health, an Adoration Private Duty team, is seeking a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse in Memphis, TN. You will provide one-on-one client care under the client's plan of care, maintaining dignity and independence while working full-time days.

This role requires a valid LPN/LPT/LVN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Home health experience is preferred and you will coordinate supplies and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited nursing program and current license in state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 client care according to the client's plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and documented results.
• Documenting nursing actions and communication with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate stock.
• Ensuring all patient needs are met per physician instructions.
