Job summary

Star Pediatric Home Care is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses for 1:1 pediatric home care in New Jersey. Roles include day, evening, and overnight shifts, with flexible full-time and part-time options and varied 8-, 10-, and 12-hour schedules.

We provide paid training, 24/7 support, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 hours per week. Candidates must hold NJ RN or LPN licensure and show a compassionate commitment to pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
• Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.
