BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for private duty home health across Cape May County and nearby areas. You will provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes with a focus on compassion and reliability, tailoring care plans to each family’s needs.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and extensive training to support your growth as part of our Skilled Nursing team. Travel is to one client home at a time, with ample opportunities for advancement and a supportive work

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $42/hr based on qualifications
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)

$34-$42 per hour depending on experience and availability
